Will Techmeister accept product returns if the product packaging has been opened, and the product is not defective?
Non-defective products that have been opened are not eligible for return.

What shipping method do you use?
Fedex or UPS Standard Ground Service to United States only.

What is your defective return policy?
Techmeister will honor the return of most defective products within 30 days from the Techmeister invoice date. After the 30 day period please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Some products may not be eligible for return to Techmeister based on manufacturer restrictions. Please reference the Terms and Conditions page for more info.

What if I no longer have the manufacturer's packaging/box or the product is missing components?
Unfortunately, Techmeister cannot accept product for return that is missing components or original manufacturer's packaging/box.

Who pays the freight to return defective product?
Techmeister customers are responsible for the return freight for all returns to Techmeister. As a courtesy, Techmeister will prepay ground freight for your defective replacement order.

Please contact Techmeister Customer Service within 7 days of the expected ship date or within 7 days of receiving the shipment

What is your price protection policy?
Techmeister has limited control of the rapidly changing prices in consumer electronics industry; therefore we do not offer price protection. Techmeister offers very competitive pricing and will consider price matches for our competitors for the same product or one of equal quality.

What happens if I refuse to accept delivery of a shipment from Techmeister?
Credit will be issued for the products refused, less a 20% restocking fee within 5 business days of receipt at Techmeister. Original shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Additional freight charges may apply.
